1. Scope

These terms apply to signing up for the waitlist for the Joyful app via the form on this website. The provider is Olga Pochueva (contact details, see Imprint).

2. Description of service

Joining the waitlist is free and non-binding. It does not create any claim to immediate access to the app or to a specific start date. We contact registered people as soon as a test slot becomes available.

3. No contractual relationship through the waitlist

Submitting the waitlist form does not create a contract for use of the app. A usage relationship only comes into existence upon registration in the app itself; the separate terms of use and testing conditions, as well as the in-app privacy policy, presented when creating an account apply there.

4. Liability

Information on functionality, timeline, and availability on this website is provided without guarantee. We are not liable for delays in allocating test slots or for temporary unavailability of the form or the website, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

5. Changes

We reserve the right to adjust these terms as needed, for example if the sign-up process changes. The version in effect at any given time is available on this page.

6. Governing law

German law applies.
